Being form the South is suppose to be easy-breezy! But there are many restrictions that must be followed to uphold honor and respect in a family.  One's full name is usually pronounced in a harsh tone to let one know they have engaged in a disapproving manner that is becoming close or has crossed a forbidden boundary. Ladies must learn early to smile all the time while holding their tongues when they truly want to shout at the top of their lungs! Be graceful, kind, loving, nurturing, and supportive.  They little woman of the house should always have a hot meal prepared for their family.  Have the children clean and house dusted and spotless.  She should have herself looking presentable and attractive.  No man wants to come home to a dirty house with unruly children and a wife that doesn't care how she looks.  No man wants to come home to eat meatloaf every night.  There needs to be a variety on the table as well as in the home lifestyle.  A true man with a wife that gives her everything to her family should be respected and loved deeply forever. A true gentlemen should provide strength in their home in many different arrays.  He should be the leader as the man of the house and the bread winner providing the family what they need and give grace of sometimes what they desire.  He should cherish his wife and children, love them with all his heart and pray together as a family.  The truth is a lady should try to be a lady at all times. A gentleman should be a gentleman at all times too. Everyone should try to put their partner before themselves for an equal balance and healthy relationship. It is hard always trying to be a lady, there are times when people are so rude, it angers and hurts. And then there are times when biting your tongue only gives you ulcers.  It is a new day and different times.  Taking it back to simple would be riding horses for transportation and families going to church together and sitting down at the family table for dinner every night.  Parents should love their children and encourage them to grow and develop in a healthy manner. There would not ungodly massacers of children or using other innocent countries fighting other countries wars. When is it enough? When are the people of this world going to realize the pain and hurt can stop? I pray every night for the helpless abused children to find safety.  Please pray with me a simple prayer to turn the country around and care for the needy.

HAPPY 2013!! It was a fabulous 2012.
